A position of Associate Director, Faculty Administration is now available in the Faculty and Administration department.

(Permanent, full time contract based on the Europe Campus, starting on January 1st 2019)

Reporting to the Global Executive Director, the jobholder is responsible for the management of the Faculty Administration team in Fontainebleau and Singapore, in compliance with the school’s policies and governance. He/she ensures an efficient and successful day-to-day operation whilst maintaining an excellent level of service to the Faculty adhering to the goals and objectives set by the Dean of Faculty and the Global Executive Director of Faculty administration.

The jobholder plays a key role in the interface between campuses within the Faculty Administration team as well as maintain close collaboration across teams and functions.

The jobholder works closely with the Global Executive Director on Faculty related HR topics such as

Resident Faculty Recruitment, relocation and settling-in. The jobholder is responsible for ensuring a smooth faculty recruitment process meeting with each candidate on the campus in Fontainebleau. The jobholder ensures that there is optimal coordination between the faculty areas and the recruitment & orientation team in Fontainebleau.

Required profile:

English native speaker, bilingual in English & French
Excellent writing skills in English
Masters’ Degree in Management or Education
A minimum of 8-10 years management experience in international settings
Strong administrative experience with professional knowledge of labor law, fiscal and social regulations; contract management and contract law; budget, finance and control
Experience in higher education administration and/or in business education is an advantage
Highly experienced in the use of MS Office Applications
Knowledge in database design, administration and management experience (queries, report generation), Knowledge of web tools, IT savvy.
