Job description
EDHEC’s GOBAL MBA is currently looking to hire a Database & Administrative Assistant (M/F).
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following areas:
Database management:
Updating the CRM database
Managing emailing campaign feedback: requests to change data, personal details, etc.
Managing the database content: corrections, standard data format, categorising data, unsubscriptions
Contact segmentation and creation of marketing lists
Personalised emailing to contacts and follow-up
Database updates and follow-up (GMASS, GRE, ACCESS…)
Creation of workflows and scorecards
Operational oganisation of emailing campaigns:
Coordination of campaign schedules in line with commercial requirements
Invitations to MBA fairs, various campaigns, in relation with the service providers concerned
Optimisation of existing supports for email delivrables, content quality and improved conversion rate
Performance follow-up, writing up reports
Marketing Services:
Posting events and news updates on the MBA website and the FB MBA page
Preparation of events logistics in collaboration with the admissions and careers teams.
Assisting with communication tool updates: fact sheets, PPT presentations, brochures, job take-up reports…
Skills required
Fluent English ESSENTIAL, bilingual preferred
Bac + 2/3 minimum with experience in administrative and commercial support in an international environment
Familiarity with CRM tools: emailing platform, client base segmentation, database management
Customer-centred attitude
Computer literacy, especially Excel
Visual sensitivity, sense of formulation and attention to detail
