McGraw-Hill HigherEducation has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Enterprise Accounts in our Private Sector Education division. This position is remotely basedand is responsible for managing the enterprise sales team to both institutionaland adoption level sales as well as driving marketing efforts at assignedPrivate Sector Education National Accounts. The Director, Enterprise Accountswill be an individual who is comfortable at obtaining and developing C-levelrelationships, managing a diverse team of enterprise sales professionals,attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring opportunities are developedto obtain annual sales goals. The proper candidate will display the ability tosimultaneously work independently, lead sales initiative teams, and use theexpertise and experience of colleagues to advance opportunities.

Critical Functions

Manage sales and businessdevelopment of McGraw-Hill Education’s portfolio of digital/print products andservices to ensure long-term growth and customer value.
Build new sales pipeline with teamedEnterprise Account Managers, Digital Learning Consultant, and IntegratedSolutions Manager to hit territory and division business goals.
Direct internal sales teams toensure advancement of initiatives and implementations.
Inspire the sales team to deliverand exceed sales targets and foster a culture of accountability and success.
Partner closely with MarketingManagers and other roles in aligning strategy and ensuring the delivery ofresults against objectives.
Articulate and promote the companyvision and the strategic benefits to potential clients.
Communicate key corporateinitiatives and strategies with enterprise account management team.
Manage multiple projects, prioritizeinitiatives, and execute for demanding clients.
Build a strong customer-centricculture.

A Successful Candidate Will Have

Bachelor’s Degree with MBA preferred, or equivalentwork experience.
Eight plus years’ experience in an enterprise salesmanagement position, ideally within Private Sector Higher Education industry.
Excellent planning, organization, and analyticalleadership skills.
Proven track record of success with managingbusinesses and teams within a matrix organization.
Ability to identify and evaluate achievable salesand marketing objectives.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

A Successful Candidate May Have

Experience with Salesforce.com.
