You will report to and support the Custom Programs Director.
Your tasks:
– Diary management
– Receive and screen visitors and phone calls
– Manage internal and external relations
– Organize meetings and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
– Gather and consolidate data
– Handle specific projects
– Ensure efficient flow of information within the department
– Draft reports
– Manage expense reports
Your role is likely to grow over time to encompass activities related to training programs.
Skills and experience
– Minimum of 2 years of higher education
– Proven executive administration experience in an international environment
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong ability to work independently
– Strong attention to detail and follow through
– Position requires demonstrated diplomacy, adaptability, and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Advanced knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Superior writing skills
– Bilingual English/French
Position based in: Jouy-en-Josas (78350) with trips to the Champerret site (75017)
