EM Normandie

EM Normandie was established in 1871 as one of the first Grandes Ecoles, and has since been considered as a reference among French business schools. It is accredited by AACSB International, Bsis, and its Grande Ecole Programme is also accredited by EFMD EPAS. EM Normandie has been ranked 63rd place with its “Grande Ecole” programme in the Financial Times. Over 3,200 students and trainees attend its programs on its five campuses in Le Havre, Caen, Paris, Dublin and Oxford.

The EM Normandie mission has been defined to educate the managers of tomorrow, as responsible executives prepared to lead change in a cross-cultural environment. EM Normandie promotes the intellectual contributions of its faculty (70 core faculty members in September 2017), whether academic or applied, to guaranty high added value in the educational process of all its students. The School offers around twenty training pre-experience and continuous education programs, both in French and in English, whether on campus or on a distance-learning basis, in a variety of areas of expertise that are relevant to its territory: Entrepreneurship, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, CSR, Digital.

The position and its requirements

As tenured professor, you will have a teaching load of 210 hours per year, in order to enable you to focus on research academic activities under an agreed three year production schedule. A competitive salary is offered with additional research performance-based bonuses. Other social advantages are offered by the school.
The position requires a doctorate or a PhD in Finance. Candidates with a proven track record in teaching will have to provide evidence of recent and expected publications in peer-reviewed journals. Priority will be given to candidates with international experience.
