Mission: within the International Affairs Department, your mission will be to develop and serve high quality partner relationships and strategic alliances as well as initiate, develop and coordinate activities of international nature that increase the visibility and credibility of NEOMA Business School.

Main responsibilities:

Develop high quality partner relationships and (global) strategic alliances for a specific geographical area as assigned and ensure appropriate maintenance of the relationship.

Develop, create and initiate academic and industry relationships within the assigned region at the executive level according to yearly stretch goals
In close collaboration with colleagues develop and implement a plan of action for a specific region targeting and contracting with high quality partner business schools, alumni and industry partners.
Adhere to the objective to increase the level of quality of the partnerships in the region (90% of partners are AACSB/Equis accredited)
Work collaboratively with other departments to develop high quality, innovative and mission appropriate projects that contribute to the internationalization of the organization
Serve as the partner-expert for internal communication to colleagues and students
Ensure criteria and requirements of agreements are clear, well communicated to staff responsible for student mobility and for maintaining accurate data in the system
Process and evaluate partner agreements according to policy, determine and implement actions following the evaluation.
Ensure that the partner organizations are updated on a regular basis on NEOMA events and new developments.
Initiate global (innovative) opportunities for students/faculty and staff in adherence with the organizations mission and vision
Ensure partnerships (at the executive level) are well maintained through regular communication and feedback (including face to face visits)
Work with communication staff to ensure that published materials (including information on website) accurately reflects and promotes the partnership.
Motivate partner organization to visit NEOMA business school, to participate in NEOMA international events and promote NEOMA’s programs
Ensure that (fee paying/exchange) assignments/activities (including DD) continue to be aligned with program and graduation goals, are of high quality and well documented.
Develop, initiate and manage activities and opportunities that contribute to the overall internationalization of the institution, the institutional knowledge and awareness, its students, faculty, and staff, and research activities.
Initiate globally attractive on campus and/or distance based (international/global) programs and events in close collaboration with other departments
Ensure all agreements and activities are aligned with the institutions mission and vision and contribute to the financial stability of the overall organization

Serve as NEOMA’s external relations expert within the assigned geographical area and initiate and develop project/programs aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.

Initiate, develop and coordinate activities of an international/global nature that increases the visibility and credibility of NEOMA

Other missions

Serve as a resource to other departments:
Actively seek and stay updated on global innovative initiatives in higher education (with an emphasis on business education) and share with the appropriate departments and colleagues when appropriate
Represent NEOMA at international conferences as needed
Develop speaking opportunities to increase NEOMA’s visibility and credibility

Knowledge/qualifications/skills required:

Master’s degree, Doctorate preferred
5 years of work experience in industry in an international setting
Good understanding of the higher education system globally
Already established network of business education providers globally
Excellent ability to communicate in French & English (verbal and written communication)
Understanding of business education and approaches to successful delivery of world class quality student experience
Familiarity and interest in global issues and the global world of higher (business) education.
Customer service, relationship building and maintenance skills
Ability to work in team environment and ability to travel
Program development/management and teaching experience preferred
