A position of Key Account Director* is available within the Executive Education department in the Corporate sales team for the German and Austrian Markets.

The Executive Education department designs and delivers learning solutions for business executives: customised programmes for organizations (CSP), open programmes for individuals (OEP) and online programmes

Within Corporate Sales, the Key Account Director will be part of a team comprised of the head of the department, 2 Key account directors and an assistant to develop and manage a portfolio of executive education programme clients.

In this role the Key Account Director is expected to: manage complex sales processes, build relationships with clients, secure business and close contracts. He/she will need to mobilize faculty members and leverage INSEAD resources in order to facilitate the development of programs. He/she will have revenue targets and objectives.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

6 to 7 years work experience in Business/Sales Development, Key Account Management within an international organization
Ideally a proven track record in consultative sales and complex project management in a BtoB environment
Experience of working across Geographic Markets
Excellent communication skills, a natural team player and the ability to engage with very different profiles across the organization
Ability to multi-task and to cope well with pressure
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and good resolution conflict ability
Energy, drive and an entrepreneurial spirit and approach to work
Strong project management & administration skills (CRM…)
Higher education degree – Master’s level preferred
Cross-cultural awareness and fluent English
Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time

Permanent, full time role based in Fontainebleau
