The Custom Programs Department designs and delivers tailor-made programs to the precise specifications of HEC Paris corporate clients, enabling them to apply the academic vision and real-life business experience of world-class faculty to the concrete reality of their own enterprise.
Reporting to the Director of Custom Programs, the project manager is the coordinator of an
ad hoc project team, responsible for delivering training programs on time and within the
budget. Working closely with the faculty during the engineering, conception and adjustment phases, he/she manages the customer relationship throughout the duration of the project, ensuring customer retention.
With a degree in Management, you have at least 10 years of professional experience, including some international experience, and are perfectly bilingual in French and English.
To be considered for this role you must have a great understanding of corporate managerial and strategic issues, a client-focused attitude and approach, excellent communication and client interface skills, and be a team player with a “can do attitude”, outgoing and flexible.
The candidate should also be able, as a side activity, to elaborate and sell programs to new
and existing client, which implies bid writing competencies and presentation skills.
Experience in high-level international project management is a real asset and previous management and / or organisation consulting experience would be appreciated.
Location: HEC Paris Campus – Jouy-en- Josas (78), occasional travels in France and abroad.
Contract : permanent contract
