Within the department International Affairs, you will develop and maintain high quality partner relationships and strategic alliances as well as initiate, develop and coordinate activities of international nature that increase the visibility and credibility of Neoma Business School.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, create and initiate academic and industry relationships within the assigned region at the executive level.
Develop and implement a plan of action for the region related to partner business schools and industry partners to target.
Adhere to the objective to increase the level of quality of the partnerships in the region (90% of partners are AACSB/Equis accredited)
Work collaboratively with other departments to develop high quality, innovative and mission appropriate projects that contribute to the internationalization of the organization
Serve as the partner-expert for internal communication to colleagues and students
Ensure criteria and requirements of agreements are clear, well communicated to staff responsible for student mobility and for maintaining accurate data in the system
Process and evaluate partner agreements according to policy, determine and implement actions following the evaluation
Initiate, develop and coordinate activities of an international/global nature that increases the visibility and credibility of NEOMA
Develop, initiate and manage activities and opportunities that contribute to the overall internationalization of the institution, the institutional knowledge and awareness, its students, faculty, and staff, and research activities.
Initiate globally attractive on campus and/or distance based (international/global) programs and events in close collaboration with other departments
Work closely with the student recruitment team to ensure that recruitment tools and partner interaction and activities are coordinated and contribute to an increase in the number of international students participating in the programs
Ensure all agreements and activities are aligned with the institutions mission and vision and contribute to the financial stability of the overall organization

Other Responsibilities

Serve as a resource to other departments
Actively seek and stay updated on global innovative initiatives in higher education (with an emphasis on business education) and share with the appropriate departments and colleagues when appropriate
Represent NEOMA at international conferences as needed
Develop speaking opportunities to increase Neoma’s visibility and credibility
Knowledge/qualifications/skills required:

Master’s degree, Doctorate preferred
5 years of work experience in industry in an international setting
Good understanding of the higher education system globally
Excellent ability to communicate in French & English (verbal and written communication)
Understanding of business education and approaches to successful delivery of world class quality student experience
Familiarity and interest in global issues and the global world of higher (business) education.
Customer service, relationship building and maintenance skills
Ability to work in team environment and ability to travel
Program development/management and teaching experience preferred
Permanent contract/ full time in Reims or Rouen (to be determined in consultation)
