The Sales Officer (Student Recruitment Officer) is responsible for both admissions and recruiting. This position has the responsibility for guiding future students during the first stage of their academic journey: the pre-enrolment phase. It supports inquirers from the moment they hand in a brochure request until they enrol into a course.
One of the crucial tasks of the role is to inform and guide future students in the selection of an appropriate study path based on their aspirations.
This position requires a minimum of two years sales experience, preferably in the Higher Education industry;
Captivating, agreeable, friendly and engaging personality;
The ability to communicate effectively is essential; both oral and written skills are imperative;
Demonstrable abilities with Office suite and Mac environment;
Excellent spoken and written French and English;
Possess industry awareness and knowledge;
Full working rights for France.
Availability to work some weekends.
Prior experience with CRM highly valued, especially Salesforce;
Previous experience in higher education environment highly valued;
Experience in Creative Media sector is highly valuable.
