Descriptif du poste :

The Corporate Relations Manager will report both to the Development Director and International Career Services Manager within the international Career Center of SKEMA in France .

• Corporate Relations:
– Build long-term relationships with key HR / recruitment contacts
– Identify the needs for internships, various work visas- OPT/VIE / young graduates / experienced profiles and understand the job profiles and skills sought
– Recommend candidate profiles corresponding to the expectations of recruiters (hard skills/soft skills) pertaining to our program specializations.
– Increase brand awareness of SKEMA within the U.S. workforce by creating opportunities to educate firms about SKEMA
– Contribute to the promotion of the other services of the Corporate Office (Executive Education …), to identify leads

• Career Center Responsibilities
– Deploy services to students to help them enhance their candidate status in the workforce (resume review, mock interviews)
– Participate in the planning and organization of the career center services and career events throughout the year (employability)
– Assist students on individual basis with all needs of employment, job searches, applications, etc. Work with trade organizations (ex: French American Chamber of Commerce and other), to determine opportunities for collaboration in connecting students to corporate professionals

Descriptif du profil :

– Master’s degree preferred
– 3-5 years’ experience
– Fluent in English (Proficiency in French is a plus)
– Must be able to work flexible hours (Corporate events/ Speaker series events may fall after hours/during weekends during busy times of year)
– Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:
– Strong business/commercial acumen
– Strong capacity to work well both independently and with remote teams
– Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to exude team spirit mentality and to work in a multicultural environment
