About this job The position of Dean at ESSEC Business School is vacant following the appointment of Jean-Michel Blanquer as Minister of Education.

ESSEC is looking for a leader embedded in academic values and experience, with clear international exposure, willing to serve a rich and diversified community of students, professors, alumni and staff, and to foster tight relationships with the international business world. He/she will process strong leadership skills, enabling him/her to manage in a participative and efficient manner all the ESSEC stakeholders.

The applicant search will be carried out on a wide scale, both nationally and internationally, in order to guarantee the quality and diversity of the applicants.

After selection of the applicants by the search committee, the President of the Board of Trustees will meet the applicant(s) and then present the applicant(s) to the President of the Board of Overseers.
