HEC Paris Executive Education seeks a Learning Coach and Community Manager to support our new Online Master’s in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Working in close collaboration with the Program Manager, the Learning Coach contributes in the organization and running of our online education efforts, such as online degree(s), online certificate(s), online specializations, webinars, etc.

· Assists the Program Manager to ensure the online course delivery and live webinars run smoothly (liaison with internal and external providers, as well as academic and technological partners) from onboarding to final graduation, including but not limited to the following:

o Live webinars and synchronous courses (liaison with internal and external providers, as well as academics, and technological partners and students)

o Act as the students’ point of contact and assist the Program Manager in supporting students’ learning objectives, and addressing student performance issues on a daily basis

o Work collaboratively and across teams (program management, IT, Coursera, marketing) to accomplish goals and ensure the success of the programs, as well as with our online provider(s) to insure smooth implementation and running of: the onboarding module, post enrollment services (Learning Management System, Online Library access, Exams, HEC emails, instant-messaging, Visio conference tools, etc.), producing reports on student progress, issue and certify degrees, etc.

o Manage and participate in forum and social media activities: by answering learner questions in the discussion forums (non-content related)/ posting new threads to spark in-depth discussion encouraging interaction between learners (general, non-content related). Facilitate student community and sense of belonging

o Coordinate with the Head TAs and TAs to ensure that content-related questions in forums and discussions are closely managed

o Pass feedback to Program Manager, Coursera staff and/or faculty

o Ensure logistical aspects of the Team Project delivery, including online coaching sessions, in relation with the Team Project Coordinator and the Program Manager

o Assist the Program Manager in organizing and managing logistics for regular events, webinars, interviews, testimonials, coaching sessions, mentoring programs, etc., using the HEC Paris Alumni Association and the HEC Executive Community networks
o Direct contact with students for logistics and non-content related questions

o Process course feedback and evaluations and provide regular reports to program management

· Manage the sourcing and recruitment of Teaching Assistants (TAs)

· Participate in the launch and implementation of pilot tests and projects

· Organize and accompany the participants in any trips abroad that are included in their program

Knowledge and skills requirements

· Passionate about, and comfortable using new digital technologies and online education

· Competencies and experience in digital training, online forum facilitation and social media

· Native level proficiency in both spoken and written English

· Excellent writing capabilities

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism

· Experience working in an international environment
· Proven track record in meeting deadlines

· Strong customer focus and organizational skills

· Great sense of service and the capacity to deliver a differentiated service experience

· French (intermediate minimum level)

· Excellent knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Docs

· Flexibility and Mobility

· Pro-active Team Player

· Experience in having completed a course or MOOC or a full digital program as a participant is a strong asset

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to education, international development
